Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance companies directly. We accept cash, credit, debit, and HSA. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to your provider for your out of network coverage.
Do you work with children or the elderly?
From the child developing to play a sport to the retired man or woman who wants to get back or stay in sport later in life, our clinic will assess and treat everyone with an individual plan to accomplish their goals.
